A video showing the rebuild of the Long Beach Wedding Guide home page using the Kadence WordPress theme and plugins. I was not happy with the performance of the site using Divi WordPress theme, so I went in and made a similar design using Kadence. It’s not exactly the same. I also did not add the animation you may have noticed in the Divi site. However, by using Kadence this site has much better performance. Here is a speeded up version of me clicking away as I update the site. Towards the end of this video I do a Google Lighthouse report to show the improved performance when using the Kadence WordPress theme and plugins.
