Basic Optimization Divi WordPress Template Site.
I find Divi a fun theme / page builder to use and in the following videos I do a little optimization of a template site I’m using for Long Beach Wedding Guide. Divi is a paid premium pro theme / page builder. By the way Long Beach Wedding Guide dot com is available and for sale.
I will start by fixing the heading tags that are not in sequential order. This is a design flaw found in almost all the templates I have worked with. Next I go in and add Alt tags. Then I fix some issues with the color of text and page elements not having enough contrast.
All of the changes are then run through a Google lighthouse report. You will see that while the changes are necessary and do make some difference, they don’t fix all the problems.
